Couldn’t find the recommended brand of cheese so I used a different one I don’t know if that made a difference but it really didn’t have much flavor

The sandwiches turned out to be pretty good! My parents don’t eat bread so [for them] I substituted the bread with long pieces of romaine lettuce and made lettuce wraps with the ingredients and they enjoyed it!
