Not enough info is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 but holy moly this was so simple and so delicious. I used our usual; frozen free from pc chicken breasts and seasoned them with dried parsley, cumin, Chili powder, and Cajun (cayenne pepper) seasoning. I used romaine lettuce, 1 can of yves black beans(rinsed and drained), pc double cheddar cheese and pc pico de Gallo. The pico de gallo absolutely saved it from being dry. Buying the pre-made pico de Gallo allows there to be a lot of juice with it to make up for the no dressing and it was just absolutely amazing for a salad dinner. Even my 8 year old loved it. No, he is not the picky eater out of the two. The little one had a plain chicken breast and pull apart garlic bread(also amazing! (Ace ready-bake garlic pull apart bread). 5 stars if there were more instructions for alternatives. Will definitely make again. No heavy gut feeling with this one 👍

This was super easy and super delicious! It’s also surprisingly filling. I used a Mango Pico, and added a touch of lime. I think next time I might add some corn to it.

This was really good, protein-packed, and healthy! I used pinto beans instead.
