very good. ive made this recipe twice so far and both times consistently good. i think atvthe end of cook time, i may add a wee bit more milk becsuse it really thickens.

This recipe tasted very much like what I was used to having at my Mammaw's house years ago-- which is what I wanted, because I needed a refresher after not making it for about 20 years, Depending on which brand and variety of sausage you use and what level of salt you are used to, you may wish to eliminate the salt and the extra pepper, or taste before adding. Be careful not to overcook the sausage.

Tasted really good, used rice milk since I'm lactose intolerant. Still came out wonderfully. It definitely requires seasoning, so make sure you throw in some salt and pepper (at least) after cooking.
