Great Recipe. I had to add cornstarch to thicken the sauce. I also added a half squeezed lemon and zest, it tasted wonderful.

Awesome. Very easy, beyond easy. Only did very little salt to brine, but still came out salty. Even used unsalted butter for my wife. Other than that. Awesome.

Very flavorful and tastey! Super easy to make. I didn't have any chicken stock or oregano so I substituted beef stock and italian seasoning. It was delicious!

It was fantastic. Even though I forgot the garlic. But it's hard to go wrong with pork, fried in butter, and covered in cream.

I messed it up and it was still amazing. Winner! Yum! Next time I'm making enough for leftovers.

These had good flavor but the recipe isn’t precise & lacks a lot of information in my opinion. I overly salted just a tad & id remake them & adjust the recipe.

so full disclosure, i bought pre-marinated pork chops and then added the gravy from the recipe on top. But this was super delicious! I used the extra sauce as gravy on mashed potatoes. Very yummy!

Very good. Didnt have coriander so I substituted with rubbed sage. I also used about 1/4 cup white wine.
