  • 3 ounces crumbled blue cheese (feta or goat cheese would also work well)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
  • 1 clove garlic (grated or through a press)
  • 3 tablespoons anchovies (minced, or 3 T. anchovy paste, optional!)
  • 3 tablespoons chives (minced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup parsley (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
