It was a bit dry to me but my husband loves mac and cheese so he didn't complain. Its definitely easy and quick to make. I'll probably make it again just tweak it some

Me and my family loved it! It was so delicious and reminded me of the baked Mac and Cheese I ate in the South East. Now I’m in the NorthWest and this isn’t a popular dish, but it is now a favorite in my household.

What I don't understand is why do you want to add egg to mac and cheese? I know the egg is being used as a binder. Frankly, I don't want a binder. I want my mac and cheese to be sloppy, runny, gooey with cheese!
