Delish but our bacon was a little too soft?

So delicious!! Want to try the same recipe but substitute green beans instead of corn

I have never had fried corn like this before and I must say that it is probably my favorite way to eat corn now!!! Its really amazing.

This recipe is amazing. Yum. I used almond milk instead of regular, and had to add a little corn starch for it to thicken up. Turned out really good.

This definitely has a southern cooking taste to it. Very rich and creamy. Some may have difficulty stripping the corn off the cob but just be sure to have a really sharp knife on hand.
