    I made it with sage sausage and pork neck bones. OMG. Loved it quick tasty oh I also used sugar like my mother in law used to. secret ingredient lol.

    I added some extra Cajun seasoning and cooked it slower and longer. Typically I use jalapeños but the pepper flakes were good
