    I boiled the lobster first for 5 mins to kill the live lobster instead of killing it with a knife, because I'm a coward :) Turned out delicious, but I learned that if you're serving lobster out of the shell, you need to make a bit more in order for it to look presentable - I made just one lobster and it looked a bit pitiful because there wasn't much meat.
