    Cooked led chicken from frozen (individually wrapped thighs). Didn’t have any sake, so used red wine vinegar instead, and added that to the saucepan with 1T of water and 2T of grated ginger. Sauce was quite salty, but delicious coated & torched as glaze. Will add a little more water next time to dilute and get more of it, and glaze both sides.
    Very good recipie, but the cooking time assumes a 1 inch thick breast. A thicker breast will require more time to safely and properly cook through.
