    Best pancakes I’ve ever made. The whole family agrees. I didn’t let the starter, flour and water mixture sit overnight. Instead I used it right away. Also used plenty of butter in the frying pan.

    Very nice recipe...my modifications were to add vanilla extract and substitute chia seeds for the egg.
