I didn't have buttermilk powder (looked EVERYWHERE) and eventually just used potato/tapioca starch. Instead of onion powder, I added my own Green seasoning. The salt was a bit much. Instead of a dehydrator, I roasted the slices in the over for 7-8 hours at 200F.
