Best meatloaf recipe I've ever made! The peppers are what makes this dish so good. Besides the green pepper, I also add red and yellow peppers. My family loves soo much!

I've made this for years, wish it was still on the box. My dad used to put bacon on top and cook, but my hubby doesn't care for it.

This has become a favorite in my kitchen. I halve the recipe (shake up the soup mix before dividing in half then store rest for the next time) I just halved each of th other measurements, pretty simple (ketchup comes to about 3 scant tbsps)
I also top with ketchup or chili sauce ( you should try using chili sauce IN the meat loaf instead of ketchup...it really zests it up!!)

I have ued this recipe for many years, and it is my favorite. Love to hsve leftovers for sandwiches he next day!
