Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken (add 1 lime+ 1tbsp salt marinated for 15 minutes, steam for 15 minutes)
  • 2 liters water
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 10 shallots (/ 1 big onion)
  • 4 garlic
  • 3 centimeters ginger (1 tbsp garlic+ginger paste)
  • 3 centimeters turmeric (1 tbsp turmeric)
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 lemon grass (chopped)
  • 250 grams noodle (white rice, wash with warm water, shimmering / boiled white rice)
  • 250 grams bean sprout
  • tomato (sliced, optional)
  • onion (Fried)
  • spring onion
  • lime
  • boiled egg (optional)
  • chilli sauce (Extra, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. 1. Separate the bone and meat for soup broth, put the bones in boiled water.

  2. 2. Cut the meat small pieces, slightly fry in vegetable oil.

  3. 3. Fry the blended seasoning until golden brown and put in the broth until boiled. Add the chopped lemon grass.
  4. Serving: In bowl: add rice noodle/ rice, bean sprout/white cabbage, sliced fried chicken, fried onion, spring onion/parsley. Add the hot soup
