An easy cheesecake recipe with a cinnamon-sugar sopapilla crust.


  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz. per package, for bottom crust)
  • 3 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. per package, room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for filling)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz. per package, for top crust)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    These are AMAZING! 😍 I've made these several times for get togethers and everyone always raves about them and requests the recipe. They just can't get enough!! I have tweaked it some though. I've found that 2 packs of cream cheese is more than enough. 3 packs is over kill. I also then reduce the sugar to 1 cup and vanilla to 1tsp. I then kick it up a notch by adding a layer of raspberry jam on top of the crram chrese layer. It's also super easy to half the recipe and make in an 8x8 pan for just my husband and I. Great tip by someone else on here that I adopted was using parchment paper to transfer the top crescent roll. Game changer. Thank you. Trust me, you need to make these!!

    Turned out great! Would Be good served warm with vanilla ice cream.. this goes a long way because it is very rich! Could Easily halve recipe
