Great as usual! Where I come from it’s called Sopapilla Cheese Cake.( after a fried type of doughnut.) that is Mexican in origin). Have made it for 15 or so years. It’s easy enough for the beginner baker or kids. But EVERYONE loves this recipe. I know you can add some other ingredients as I’ve read here, but, really, why would you? It does not need it. It’s perfection as is.
