Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Separate egg & place egg white aside. Combine cream cheese, vanilla, egg yolk, and sugar in a large bowl, mix well, and set aside.
  2. Spray bottom of 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray and line bottom of dish with one package of crescent rolls. Brush crescent rolls with egg white and sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Spread in cream cheese mixture. Add 2nd package of crescent rolls on top. Brush top layer with egg whites & sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar again.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
