    Overall great and fairly easy recipe. They left out oven temp and time for this- I baked a loaf at 350 for approximately 45 minutes and it was still doughy inside despite sounding hollow and done in the oven. Trying again. :)

    Came out great! Substituted molasses for honey and vegetable oil for butter. Only other modification I made was to make a sponge with all but half the flour before following the remaining instructions.
