Ingredients

230 grams softened butter
100 grams granulated sugar
100 grams brown sugar
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
400 grams flour
3 pinches baking soda
200 grams white chocolate chips
50 grams dried cranberries
50 grams chopped pecans

Directions

1With a food processor, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
2Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beat until smooth.
3Add the flour and baking soda, mix well.
4Stir in chocolate, cranberries and pecans.
5Store the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour wrapped in plastic.
6Preheat oven to 205 degrees Celsius.
