  • 3 Tbsp. corn starch (or Tapioca Starch)
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 pkg. tofu (Soft/Silk, cut into cubes)
  • 1 cup vegetable stock (/ Dashi Stock)
  • 1/2 cup corn (Mixed Vegetables, peas and carrots)
