- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- Combine the almond paste, cornstarch, sugar, and ground almonds in a bowl. Add the ricotta and egg. Fold in the gooseberries.
- Pour into silicone cake molds and bake for 15 minutes.
