Amazing. A bit similar to a thick pancake (maybe that’s just my poor cooking skills) but satisfied my yearning for some kind of bread. I also added rosemary to the mixture. Once cooked I topped it with roasted tomato medley and vegan cheese then grilled for a few minutes to brown it. Popped some basil on top and a sprinkle of salt and pepper...yummmmmm!
