These were the best snickerdoodles! soft, chewy, with a little crisp on the edge. I baked two batches, one for 9 minutes and one for 8. the 8 minute came out better.

Absolutely delicious! Made exactly as instructed with no substitutions and came out great. The only problem I encountered was the portion size of the cookies. Instructions say to use 1.5 tbsp cookie scoop, but at this size, the cookies ran together on the sheet and looked ugly. I did a second batch using a rounded tsp and they came out the perfect size. The kids loved these. Will definitely make again.

These were yummy! Keep them small and give space, as the recipe says they spread just a little bit.

Great flavor. Best to refrigerate for a while before baking though or they spread too much when baking

By far the best snickerdoodles I've made. They are chewy and delicious! Pioneer Woman always makes great stuff.

It has this zing when I eat them, that left a bad taste to my tongue. I think it's the cream of tartar. The author said that's what she likes about snickerdoodles... I guess it's a taste thing. So for my taste, this is 1-star recipe.
