I halved the cinnamon and still found it to be a little much, but overall it was a solid recipe and the vegetables were tasty. I used two diced jalapeños in place of the “green chilis” and used a 28oz can of diced tomatoes instead of fresh ones. Fish was perfectly cooked closer to 15-16mins in my pre-heated oven at 350 deg.

Based on others input, I only put a few dashes of cinnamon. While cooking it smelled good, but did not taste it when I finally ate it. Not sure if it would a made a difference if I left it out. I fresh cut jalapeño peppers and found it spicy. I like hot so I was good with it, I also used regular black pepper and cooked in foil sprayed with Pam. It turned out fantastic! Will definitely make this again!
