  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup applesauce no sugar added (my substitution for the 3/4 c. peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup apple (shredded raw, my addition)
  • 1/4 canola oil (my substitution for 1/4 c. safflower oil)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (my addition for more flavor since I did not add in peanut butter)
