After all, many of these snacks or desserts are more a matter of assembly than any real cooking, and this version is decidedly one of those, combining broken pieces of ladyfingers, plain yogurt (soy is called for, but feel free to use whichever variety you prefer), sliced fresh peaches, plum jam, and corn flakes as the crunchy topping.
- 4 ladyfingers (broken in small pieces)
- 1 soy yogurt (natural)
- 2 peaches (small, sliced)
- 2 tablespoons plum jam
- 2 tablespoons corn flakes
- In two bowls or cups, place all ingredients in the order listed. Serve.
