I have made this about 4 times, following the recipe as is (except chopping the vegetables smaller). My husband and I love it with rice or potatoes. This is a recipe I will not lose track of!

I used orange bell pepper instead. Made the taste so much better. I used red bell pepper first. I was not a big fan of the red so I tried orange the second time. YUM! My family loves this recipe!

It was delicious I wouldn’t change a thing maybe add some mushrooms but it was awesome and gravy was good on the rice

The recipe turned out great this is a favorite of mine from high school. I used thyme from my garden and Louisiana hot sauce. My man couldn’t stop putting his fingers in the skillet so that’s a good sign

This was good. I left out the hot sauce as my kids aren't fans of spicy food. I put the hot sauce on the side for my husband and I. The flavour was good, especially once we added the hot sauce. My kids 2 and 5 refused to eat the gravy but loved the pork chops. I'm excited for the left-overs today.
