- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries (minced)
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- 1 kiwi (skinless and minced)
- 1 apple (medium, minced)
- Add all ingredients for smoothie to a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Place it into a bowl and add your topping of choice.
