Very tasty! I will keep this one in the general meal rotation.

I modified the recipe slightly by not removing the backbone, and had to increase the time in the oven accordingly- but wow, this was delicious. I was actually thanked for dinner! ;) Very delicious mix of flavor, and I think the lemons helped keep the meat super moist. I'll be keeping this in the dinner rotation for sure!
