I used this recipe based on some lamb stock I had left over from a lamb shank recipe... and adapted vegies and spices according to our taste like Cassidy Moon and Wendy M. Will make this again, very tasty and hearty for a cold winter's evening...

Turned out great! I added turmeric (~1 1/2T) when adding the paprika and cumin. I had lots of green and yellow summer squash, which I sliced, salted, soaked, and dried before adding it along with the chickpeas. I used asparagus and sweet potato as my cooked veggies. I peeled and diced a small sweet potato, and sliced asparagus, apx half a bunch, 2cm thick. These I steamed before adding to the blended product. I would definitely make this again.

Amazing! Very flavorful. Just be careful about the amount of salt you put in. I didn't have to put in the additional salt said in the recipe as my stock was salty enough.

Solid. It had lost its smokiness by the time the cooking was done. Husband and I added chipotle and kids ate as is.
Turned out great!! Added harvest hodgepodge, mushrooms, and firm tofu in addition to recipe. No blending, “brothy”. Extra seasonings, lots of garlic. (Will try with tempeh next time!)

Really good and simple recipe! I put the chickpeas in earlier because I like them more tender. For the veggies, I used French green beans and frozen peas. I didn’t cook the green beans ahead of time. I threw them in before the peas and covered the pot for a few minutes to cook them. I added more salt and pepper at the end.
