  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup hellmann's or best foods real mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 knorr chipotle minicube

Directions

  1. Combine Knorr® Chipotle MiniCube and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise and garlic. Coat shrimp with mixture.
  2. Grill or broil shrimp until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes, turning once.
