yea its not my taste of food bout other people like it so be it then . oh i take out the salmon and geek yogurt and put cheddar cheese, boloney.

I gave it a go but found the greek yoghurt too runny. I used to make these with creamed cheese and I think I still prefer the cream cheese and If you are gorging on a big dinner I think the minimal amount of "healthy" in an appetizer is pointless.

Simple to make, light, fresh elegant looking appetizer. I added some thin sliced onion across the top and a small amount garlic granules to the yogurt. If you want to add carbs, you can place these yummy bites on small sliced sourdough rounds or your favorite crackers of course.
