I love this recipe. Who would have thought that tuna and pizza would go well together? I love the melted cheese on the top that makes this a tuna melt with some sauce to go with it. I didn’t use smoked tuna, but with the flavor options out there for tuna these days, the sky is the limit. Make sure to get the whole packets of tuna and not the can variety, it enhances the sandwich and makes it so much better.
