I used russet potatoes instead of red because that's what I had. It had a good taste & was ready in no time. Both make the "A" list on a busy night. My husband's not a big sausage eater but he went back for seconds. Definitely going in the make again folder!! Thanks for the recipe!!

I boiled the potatoes (after I cut them) for about five minutes before I sautéed them. This recipe was amazing and I will definitely make it again!
