This recipe can be ready in under 30 minutes. The boiled pasta is very soft while the smoked salmon adds a salty flavor to the dish. Mixed with the pasta the sauce brings a creamy element to the dish which will make a great dinner.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams pasta
  • 1 onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 200 grams smoked salmon (cut into strips)
  • 50 milliliters vodka
  • 14 ounces evaporated milk
  • dill

Directions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Saute the onion on low heat until transparent.
  3. Add the smoked salmon strips and heat through about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the vodka and flambe or simply cook until all the alcohol is evaporated.
  5. Add the evaporated milk and a pinch of dill. Simmer together 5 minutes.
  6. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve.

Salmon is so good for you. Adding it to a pasta just brings out its amazing flavors. I loved this one and you will too.
