Salmon just got better. These appetizers will capture the hearts of those who eat them. Great for sprucing up any party, holiday, or any get together. They are simple to make and are ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams smoked salmon (in long slices)
  • 1 mango (thinly sliced)
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams walnuts (chopped)
  • lamb
  • lettuce

Directions

  1. 1Spread the cream cheese on the smoked salmon and sprinkle with walnuts. Layer the mango over the walnuts.
  2. 2Place a layer of lamb’s lettuce on one of the long edges with the stems inside the roll and the tops extending beyond it.
  3. 3Roll up each salmon slice and place on a platter to serve.
