Smoked Salmon and Leek Pasta Gratin

  • 1 package penne pasta
  • 3 leeks
  • olive oil
  • white wine (10 cl.)
  • soy cream (20 cl.)
  • 6 slices smoked salmon
  • olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • gruyere cheese (grated)
  • breadcrumbs


  1. Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, clean and slice the leeks.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan.
  4. Add the leeks and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the white wine and cook on low heat for about ten minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 400F.
  7. Cut the smoked salmon.
  8. When the leeks are cooked, add the soy cream, and smoked salmon.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Toss this sauce with the pasta and transfer to a baking dish.
  11. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
  12. Bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
