Description

This Salmon appetizer has a strong fish flavor. It requires very little preparation (mixing in a bowl, letting it stand, and then packing an ice cube tray). It makes a great companion to tortilla or corn chips and is great for any time that calls for finger food.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams smoked salmon (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons capers (or pickles)
  • 1/2 scallion (minced)
  • oil
  • tortilla chips

    Directions

    1. Place the salmon in a bowl along with the scallion and capers. Mix well. Set aside for 60 minutes or up to a day ahead of time.
    2. Oil an icecube tray and fill with the salmon mixture. Remove from mold.
    3. Serva along with tortilla chips.
