  • salmon slices (smoked, for wraps)
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 3 tablespoons cheese
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt (to taste)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • chives (chopped)


  1. Steam or microwave the salmon fillet.
  2. When it is cooked, remove excess grease with paper towels.
  3. Mash with a fork, add the cheese, mustard, salt, pepper and chives.
