sliced salmon (smoked, for wraps)
3 tablespoons cheese
1 teaspoon mustard
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
chives (chopped)


1Steam or microwave the salmon fillet.
2When it is cooked, remove excess grease with paper towels.
3Mash with a fork, add the cheese, mustard, salt, pepper and chives.
4Mix well.
5In a plate, arrange the slices of smoked salmon, add 1 heaping tablespoon of salmon mixture.
6Roll the slices of smoked salmon.
7Refrigerate to serve chilled.
