I love this recipe and make it often. I add a bit of cayenne to mine to give it a hint of spice. It is a great way to use salmon and noodles and have an amazing cold dish that can be enjoyed anytime. My children love it and since the salmon is cut up in little chunks, it doesn’t take allot. I just use a packet of salmon from the tuna isle and it works just fine. Very inexpensive to make and full of flavor.
