Recipe calls for a butter roux, I find this adds a thick floury texture when I prefer stringy cheese. Next time I’ll skip the butter roux and use only a bit of a flour slurry to thicken the sauce. I also added lots of garlic power and pepper to make a more interesting dish. The recipe makes a large amount of sauce, next time I’ll decrease it by 1/3 for a full box of pasta

Wonderfully different from the classic. Easily prepared, and a big hit! Did not change anything, followed the recipe exactly and can honestly say that it is now a favorite.
