  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons coriander seed

    Yes i modified it a little, i had a 15 pound brisket, so i tried to triple the recipie. I like mine a little spicier so I added in more chile powder. Next time i plan to add some more heat to the brine and make the outside a little sweeter. Everone else, about 12 folks enjoyed it.
