Overall good. Next time I would add eggs and and no shallots.
Best potato salad. Great taste!

We leave out the onion and add chopped hard boiled egg and sweet or dill pickle. Yummy!

It's delicious!! Used what I had for stuff that I had right at home. Regular sized red potatoes cut up, 2 eggs boiled with potatoes, 1 sweet onion, miracle whip lite, yellow mustard, dry mustard, parsley, garlic powder, and s&p.
