Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour (wholewheat)
  • 300 grams white flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 200 milliliters milk (fermented)
  • 225 milliliters milk
  • oats

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, pour flours, salt, baking soda, and honey. Mix well, and make a well in the center. Gradually, pour the milks in the well, mixing with a wooden spoon.
  3. Flour your hands, and form 12 balls.
  4. Place flour balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Moisten the top of the balls, and paste on some oatmeal.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
