  • juice
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1 avocado (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 pink grapefruit (peeled)
  • tuna (smoked, slices)
  • sesame seeds
