Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 40 grams sugar
  • 50 grams pistachios (powdered)
  • 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
  • cream (10 cl. liquid)
  • strawberries
  • raspberries

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  2. 2In a bowl, add the egg yolks, then the sugar and cornstarch. Whisk.
  3. 3Add the powdered pistachios and mix.
  4. 4Add the cream. Mix.
  5. 5Place the berries of your choice (or a mixture of all three) in serving dishes, and pour the mixture on top.
  6. 6Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
