Ingredients

50 grams cream
1/2 fresh chevre
150 grams peas (cooked)
chives
1/2 teaspoon agar
2 tablespoons fat-free cottage cheese

Directions

1In a saucepan, heat the cream. Add the agar-agar and boil for 30 seconds.
2Turn off the heat, add the goat cheese, cottage cheese, peas, and chives.
3Pour into flexible molds and store in a cool place for at least 2 hours.
4Serve on a roquette, with diced tomatoes and a balsamic vinaigrette.
