Amazing! Added cheesy potatoes on the side and the kids loved it!

This was the best venison roast recipe I have ever used. Went to cut it for "beef" on a bun and it literally fell apart. It was gone so quickly. And the flavour was AMAZING. People were asking if I used a BBQ sauce or something, SOOOO GOOOD!!!

The roast was great- simple recipe that doesn't interfere with the natural, rich flavors of the venison

I made the venison ribs and meat fell off the bone. Did not use the Worcestershire sauce or bacon. used a Greek seasoning we all love. Seams to be tender...and tasty. I will give every one the opportunity. to use BBQ sauce if they want to. I tried it both ways and was Delish.! Thank you! . .
