This was a great dish! Both my husband and myself are both health conscious, busy retirees - I threw 7 chicken legs into my electric pressure cooker followed by the ingredients stated in the recipe. Preparation time was around 7 minutes and it was cooked in 25 minutes. I, added some extra spices apart from the ground herbs ie cumin seeds and a few star anise. I didn't have any oranges so I added the juice of a lime floating around in the bottom of the fridge and some cut up lime peel. Being a pressure cooker,. I topped up the 1/2 cup of liquid to around a full cup by adding white wine so that the chicken was barely covered. Very nurturing! A dish that is so quick to prepare, is nutritious, and tastes so good is a rarity. Thank you!
