    I made this stew for my husband. He loved it!!!! I made some changes. I roasted the tomatoes ( took a bit longer, but better than canned) seasoned the fish with Old Bay Seasoning, added shrimp and cooked rice. Great dish!!!

    I've made this a few times and it's so, so good. My one improvement was to add a smidgen of saffron.
